Returns Policy

Subject to prior agreement most products are available on a thirty days Sale or Return policy. Authorisation can be obtained prior to ordering from or Sales Department, and your request or order must state clearly which item/s are to be required on Sale or Return. Goods ordered under the Sale or Return policy can be returned for a full refund excluding the costs of any carriage. Items being returned under our Sale or Return policy are subject to our normal returns of goods procedure. Our Sale or Returns policy is not applicable to customised products, books, software and tools or any products clearly stated on the pre-sales quotation request that a product is non-returnable..

Return of Goods Procedure

1 - Any equipment ordered under our Sale or Returns policy can be returned to BetterBox (after a returns authorisation number has been issued and following our returns procedure) by the date given, in the original unmarked packaging, complete with all manuals in unmarked an unsoiled stateand in good working order for a full credit excluding carriage which shall be borne by the Customer.
2 - No returns will be processed unless the returned goods are accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Number (RA number) issued by our Customer Services Department and pertaining to the equipment being returned and clearly shown on the outside of the packaging.
3 - The Customer shall not return more than two items of any one type of product. (Please use our Technical Help Line to confirm your application before ordering large numbers of a particular product).
4 - Any products that are requested to be returned to BetterBox¨ in agreement with clause 1 but which are being returned to BetterBox¨ outside the agreed Sale or Return period will be subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee.
5 - BetterBox¨ is under no obligation to accept back products returned outside of the agreed Sale or Return period.
6 - Any items where an official authorisation number is issued must be returned by traceable means. All items will be inspected upon receipt and we reserve the right to charge a refurbishment fee of no less than 10% should any items be missing, damaged, marked or soiled in any way.
