Product Information

FOME1 is a fibre media converter for 1 x G.703 E1 non-framed or 1 x G.704 framed transmission. The BNC interface provides unbalanced 75 Ohm coaxial connections while the RJ-45 interface provides balanced 120 Ohm connections over twisted pair wiring. All E1 media converters are available with either multimode or singlemode optical transceivers and with connectors for SC or ST. Singlemode versions are capable of up to 120 km. With WDM, single fibre versions allow for big savings on fibre costs - instead of fibre pair they use just a single fibre.

  • Two row of LEDs, upper row indicate local status, lower row indicate remote status and alarm status.
  • Ability take out specified time-slots to compose N x 64K (N=1 to 32) data channel. (Framed version)
  • Provides 3 loop functions: local loop (ANA), local loop (DIG), remote loop (DIG).
  • Have pseudo random code test function, easy the installation and maintenance.
  • Power supply option: AC220V, DC-48V. The positive and negative terminal can be exchanged for DC-48V,
  • Easy for installation and maintenance.
