The HD-PGDU3 is equipped with Buffalo’s DDR3 Technology and has an extra-large 1GB cache capable of extremely fast data transfer speeds.
The cache works as a buffer during read and write operations allowing the MiniStation™ to optimise its speed and offer up to 400MB/s write speed and up to 300 MB/s read speed. Ready to copy 1,000 photos? You’ll be done in about 3.5 seconds – about 2.3 times faster than a standard USB 3.0 hard drive!
