The BT8500 is designed for mounting plasma and large (non-VESA) screens with a screen size from 30" up to 50", including all major brands. The BT8500 covers over 95% of plasma screens available on the market including all the major brands and should be used with one of the Large Flat Screen Mounting Brackets: BT8000, BT8001, BT8002, BT8003, BT8004, BT8005, BT8016 or BT8017. A comprehensive fixings kit is included that covers most screens, and specialist fixing packs can be supplied for other screens not covered. A specialist adaptor kit for Sony "round" back plasma screens is available separately (ref BT-SK342). In order to determine if this mount is compatible with your screen, you must ensure that your screen has two sets of parallel mounting holes on the back panel. These should be between 280mm and 755mm apart (horizontally) and no more than 410mm apart vertically. Maximum weight of screen should be no more than 70kg.
